1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and all related policies posted on this website.

2. Products and Services

Ultimate Hobby Sports Cards sells sports cards, collectibles, sealed products, memorabilia, and participation in live group breaks.

All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, cancel orders, or modify product offerings at any time.

3. Group Breaks

By purchasing a break spot or team, you are purchasing participation in a live group break and the opportunity to receive cards pulled for your assigned or selected team.

Card values, hit frequency, and break results are not guaranteed.

All break purchases are final and non-refundable once an order has been placed.

If a product does not arrive from the manufacturer, distributor, or supplier as expected, we reserve the right to reschedule the break, substitute a comparable product, issue store credit, or provide a refund at our discretion.

In the event a scheduled break cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule the break or provide an alternative resolution.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product descriptions, inventory inaccuracies, or other website errors at any time.

Orders may be canceled if fraudulent activity, payment disputes, or unauthorized transactions are suspected.

5. Shipping

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Ultimate Hobby Sports Cards is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery by the shipping carrier.

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.

7. Manufacturer Issues

Ultimate Hobby Sports Cards is not responsible for manufacturer defects, print quality issues, collation issues, missing hits, redemption cards, or other quality control matters relating to products produced by third-party manufacturers.

  • Use the website for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other customers or members of our community.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact us first regarding any order concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks will result in order cancellation, account restrictions, refusal of future service, and submission of supporting documentation to the payment processor.
