Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ultimate Hobby Sports Cards.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after a break is completed or after purchase of sealed products, unless otherwise stated. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Break Shipments

Cards pulled during group breaks will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Multiple break orders may be combined into a single shipment when possible. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all cards pulled during our group breaks ship to the customer who owns the corresponding team at the time of the break. This includes base cards, inserts, parallels, numbered cards, autographs, relics, and other cards pulled during the break.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the shipping method selected and destination address. Any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Ultimate Hobby Sports Cards is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided when available once an order has shipped. Please allow time for carrier tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of both the package and contents so we can assist in resolving the issue.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, fees, or import charges imposed by their country.
