Refund Policy

At Ultimate Hobby Sports Cards, all sales are considered final. Due to the nature of sports cards, collectibles, sealed products, and live group breaks, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

 Chargebacks filed for products or services received will result in suspension from future breaks, order cancellation, and/or removal from our community platforms.

Group Breaks

All purchases of break spots, teams, random teams, and other break-related products are final. Customers are purchasing the opportunity to receive cards pulled for their selected team(s) during the break, and no guarantees are made regarding the cards received.

Sealed Products

We carefully inspect all products before shipment and strive to ensure that items arrive in the condition advertised. All sales of sealed products are final. If your order arrives damaged during shipping or if we made an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work to make it right. We are not responsible for manufacturer quality control issues, including print defects, collation issues, missing hits, or damaged cards contained within factory-sealed products.

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue when possible.

Incorrect Orders

If we make an error in fulfilling your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
